usage

HOW TO USE

Trim wick to 1/4” before lighting to maintain the perfect flame height. Before relighting, remove any mushrooming—that excess stuff that collects at the top of the wick.

TIP: Avoid candlewax cling! When you light a candle for the first time, allow the wax to melt to the edge of the glass before you blow it out.

Doesn't stay lit

This candle smells lovely, but you don't really get to enjoy it as it doesn't stay lit. The wicks are both way too short a d not great quality. Super disappointed.

agreed no wick

I finally put mine in the microwave and made it liquid wax for my burner. It seems like there is just too much oil.. like when i tried to use food oil in my oil lamps during Irma... had to be the real deal... my 2 cents (or more). Febreze is my go to freshener... hate to lose it.

Please know that we only recommend using our candles as directed for safety reasons. Sometimes during shipping the wax shifts up, covering the wick which is still attached to the bottom of the jar, so if this occurs the wick may develop a kink or bend upon re-settling, affecting the length available to light. Your satisfaction is important so we'd like to help further. Could you please give us a call at (800) 308-3279 when you have a minute to talk?

Bad Wicks

I agree with the previous post. Not sure what's up with the wicks on these candles, but they are impossible. They are soo short that they will barely stay lit. I am having to remove wax as it melts in order to allow more wick to be exposed. It's a shame, because the wax smells amazing and there is great potential here.
