NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
1. HERE'S HOW IT WORKS: Submit a recent photograph of your cat and/or a photograph of your dog "on vacation." At the end of the entry period, eligible entries which will be posted on www.febreze.com for visitors to rate, on a scale of 1 - 5 (5 being the highest), to determine the winners. Participants may not submit a photo/entry for another person's cat or dog. Entrant must be the pet's owner or an immediate family member of the pet's owner living in the same household as pet, and a U.S. resident 18 years of age or older at time of entry. See Rule #3 for entry instructions and photograph requirements. The first 1,000 eligible entrants will receive a coupon redeemable for a 9.7 oz. bottle of Febreze Air Effects Pet Odor Eliminator. Limit one coupon per household.
2. ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is open only to residents of the 50 United States and Washington, DC who are 18 years of age or older and are bona fide cat or dog owners, at time of entry. Employees of Procter & Gamble, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible, nor are entrants who are professional or former professional photographers, or who have had their work previously published or who are employed in the photography field. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.
3. HERE’S HOW TO ENTER: Beginning 12:01 AM (ET) on 1/21/08 through 11:59:59 PM (ET) on 2/27/08, visit www.febreze.com and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the Official Entry Form and upload a photograph of your cat and/or a photograph of your dog. There is a limit of one cat photograph entry and one dog photograph entry per email address. If you wish to upload both a cat photograph and a dog photograph, they must both be uploaded during the same visit to the web site. You cannot upload a cat photograph and a dog photograph at separate visits to the web site.
Photograph Requirements: Uploaded photographs must be in .JPEG, .GIF or .TIF format only, with a file size of up to 1mb. Photograph can be in color or black and white. Photo must contain entrant's dog OR cat only; no discernable persons or other pets may be depicted in the photo. Professional or studio photographs are not eligible. All material submitted becomes property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Submission must be your original work that has not been previously published nor won a prize or award. Modifying, enhancing or altering a third party's preexisting work does not qualify as Entrant's original creation. The submission cannot contain any unacceptable clothing or adornments, or display any commercial/corporate advertising (including but not limited to corporate logos, brand names, slogans, political, personal and religious statements) and they must not contain defamatory statements (including words or symbols that are widely considered offensive to individuals of a certain race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic group); they must not include threats to any person, place, business, or group; they must not invade privacy or other rights of any person, firm, entity, and they must not in any way violate applicable federal, state, or local laws and regulations as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Submissions may not contain indecent behavior, profanities or obscenities, including but not limited to nudity, or pornography, and may not in any way disparage persons or organizations associated with Sponsor; sponsor/judges reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any entry that, in their sole opinion, refers, depicts or in any way reflects negatively upon the Sponsor, the Contest or any other person or entity, or does not comply with these requirements or these Official Rules. Submissions must be suitable for presentation in a public forum, in sole determination of judges and/or Sponsor.
Entries will be posted on www.febreze.com within approximately 3 business days of submission (excluding those entries that do not meet the requirements outlined above).
4. ONLINE RATING: Beginning 12:01 AM (ET) on 3/3/08 through 11:59:59 PM (ET) on 5/4/08, all submitted entries will be posted on www.febreze.com (excluding those entries that do not meet the requirements outlined in Rule #3). During this timeframe, website visitors (raters) will be given the opportunity to rate and score the posted entries, on a scale of 1 point to 5 points (5 points being the highest), by following the online instructions. You can only rate/score an individual entry once per day. If more than one rating/score is received from a rater for an individual entry per day, only the first rating/score received for that entry will be eligible.
5. WINNER DETERMINATION: The entries with the highest cumulative point ratings/scores in the Cat Category and the Dog Category will each be deemed Grand Prize winners and the entries with the next highest cumulative point ratings/scores in the Cat Category and the Dog Category will each be deemed First Prize winners (subject to eligibility). In the event of a tie, tied entries will be broken based on the entry with the highest number of online ratings of "5." Winners will be notified by mail.
6. PRIZES: Four (4) prizes, with a total approximate retail value of $15,000 will be awarded as follows: (2) Grand Prizes (1 awarded in the Cat Category and 1 in the Dog Category): Round-trip air transportation to winner's choice of destination(s) (awarded in the form of a $5,000 credit with ORBITZ.com; (2) First Prizes (1 awarded in the Cat Category and 1 in the Dog Category): Round-trip air transportation to winner's choice of destination(s) (awarded in the form of a $2,500 credit with ORBITZ.com. Winners (and travel companions, if applicable) are solely responsible for all other travel expenses not specifically set forth herein, including but not limited to accommodations, meals, additional transportation, pet fees, souvenirs and other incidentals and items of a personal nature. Airline pet transportation restrictions may apply. Orbitz credit may be used for multiple flights until credit is depleted. Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prizes. Airline Tickets valid only on Orbitz' choice of airlines. Orbitz' choice of airlines may necessitate connecting flights. Airline Ticket booking is subject to availability. No code-share flights, one-way trips or upgrades allowed. A Saturday night stay may be required and other restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Airline Tickets may be made only through a designated booking contact (to be provided by Orbitz) via the official Booking Request Form. Airline Tickets must be booked via Orbitz with a minimum of twenty-one (21) days' advance purchase and must comply with all Booking Guidelines. Airline Tickets are non-refundable in cash and shall not be re-bartered, sold, endorsed, exchanged, transferred or in any other manner modified by Company, the individuals to whom such Airline Tickets are issued or by anyone on behalf of the individuals to whom issued. Once Airline Tickets are issued, itineraries cannot be changed. Individual passengers shall be responsible for all payments of excess baggage charges, upgrades, taxes and any other charges incurred after or in connection with the issuance of Airline Tickets. All travel must be completed by 12/31/08. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set by ORBITZ.com's airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. Limit one prize per person or household.
7. GENERAL RULES: Potential winners (or parent/legal guardian if potential winner is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence) will be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility certifying that the submission is his/her own original work and he/she holds all rights to the submission, that the submission has not been previously published, has not won a previous prize or award and that he/she followed the Official Rules of the Contest and that he/she grants permission to post the entry submission online for the duration of the online rating period. Additionally, potential winners (or parent/legal guardian if potential winner is a minor) will be required to complete a Release of Liability, Prize Acceptance Form and, if legally permissible, a Publicity Release. All documents must be completed and returned within 5 days of attempted delivery of same. Noncompliance within this time period or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. Traveling companion (or parent/legal guardian if traveling companion is a minor) must also complete and return a Release of Liability within 5 days of winner's attempted notification. If a winner is a minor, winner's parent/legal guardian will be required to accompany winner on trip and will count as the winner's guest. If a minor is selected as a traveling companion, winner must be his/her parent/legal guardian. All travelers must possess required travel documents (e.g., valid photo ID, passport, etc.) prior to departure. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. All applicable federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. All material submitted becomes the sole property of Sponsor and none will be returned. Sponsor/judges reserve the right to reproduce the submissions in full or edit and enhance the submissions at its discretion. Sponsor is authorized to use submissions as it sees fit, including usage in advertising and online without compensation. By accepting prize, winners (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) agree to hold Sponsor, its directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Winners (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. Entry into the contest constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use entrants'/pets' names and/or likenesses and/or entry submissions for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, including posting on the internet and in a winners' list, unless prohibited by law. Entrants (or parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, its directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless from and against any and all liability and damages. By participating in this promotion, entrants (or parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the judges' decisions which are final. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. All material submitted becomes the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the contest or in the announcement of the prizes.

In the event a dispute arises regarding specific individual entitled to receive prize, entry made by Internet will be declared made by the "authorized e-mail account holder." "Authorized e-mail account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Participant may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the participant is the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address associated with the account/submission. Any damage made to the Web Site will be the responsibility of the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. Proof of submitting entries/ratings will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like methods of participation/rating will void all such submissions/ratings by such methods. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules.
